Grab your bestie and join us! We bake the delicious sugar cookies and prep all the icing -- you prepare to have some fun and learn something new! The class is designed for all ability levels. This class includes new designs and techniques not taught in previous classes! Each participant will learn how to design 6 Spa-themed cookies. Get step-by-step instruction from our Chief Cookie Designer, Kate. We will have some light snacks to munch on while we decorate! Feel free to BYOB. Beer and Wine are only permitted for participants 21+ years old.

Participants: This class is designed for ages 14+

Class Format
We reserve the right to substitute ingredients, cookie designs, and icing colors. Our class size is limited and classes are structured to allow each student the opportunity to work closely with the instructor to observe, up close, the ingredients, tools, and techniques used in the making of all designs.

Students will learn:

• how to work with royal icing and make different consistencies
• how to outline and flood a cookie
• how to use different consistencies to create texture or dimension
• how to properly use drying times to your advantage
• how to use the cookie decorating tools

Students will leave class with:

• 6 decorated cookies to show off and eat!
• Our recipes for royal icing and sugar cookies

Registration

All classes are confirmed upon completion of registration. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class start as students are required to check in and classes start on time.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

All sales are final. Reservations are fully transferable to another student but not another date. Changes may be made by emailing us at onesmartcookiedesign@gmail.com. In the event we cancel a class, a full refund will be given.
